Because we're going for a mini-sized product, there's a ton of super precise drilling that has to be done. And because it's so small, the tolerance requirements are no joke. From the very start, Roy was extremely helpful and responsive. It took several months for me to finalize the design and place my order but Roy was always ready to provide updated quotes and when the time came to order he got everything running on his side immediately. On top of that, the PCBs that Roy and his team delivered were perfect. The fact that they also flashed and tested every PCB was a huge time saver. I still ended up testing them all again because I had to update the firmware and every PCB worked perfectly.

I unpacked the laptop and read the short instructions which had steps to install a Pi-4 but since my order was the deluxe it was already installed. I just turned it on and was able to access the learning right away. What a great package and idea!!!!

Michael BraybrookAnother excellent 2 layer PCBThis was the final board of 5 sent out for manufacture. This time I used a 0.8mm laminate to reduce microstrip track widths. Just like the previous 4 PCBs the quality was excellent. Pads that take solder easily and 1mm silkscreen letters sharp without any bleed. All boards have been populated with no issues. Satanic symbols for my Chistmas tree ... its all there. Just one example to show here, the famous fish. Its run by an Arduino nano, a later version by an ESP8266, and it .... blinks. That's all :-)

I already have a couple of bt keyboards from the maker so I had a general idea but this is a lot smoother than I was expecting. Note that I am just going to use it for text stuff so I have no idea about media. First boot keyboard wasn’t working, I sent a ticket to them but just as a test rebooted and it just worked… in case someone runs into this. Now for the negatives: Also, the keyboard backlight is yellowed out and uneven. Wish that wasn’t the case. it looks more pronounced in person than in the video below
